NO MORE 10 Out Of 12s Survey - The purpose of this survey is to gather information from workers in theatre industry about the practices of the 10 out of 12 workdays and 6 day workweeks. This information will be used in both a public website, and a document sent to producers, unions, producing theatres, and other decision makers. You may choose to be anonymous, if you wish. This survey is voluntary and you may stop at any time. You may submit whenever you are ready. We will anonymize any specific companies/theatres and names you share. The data below reflects testimony initially shared with members of this working group prior to the survey launch.
